Ronell Robson is the Restaurant Manager for Host, the catering company at CSR’s Cambridge sites. Pictured here with Jerry Brand, Managing Director of Host, she says, "Our ingredients have always been fresh, but we wanted to move away from imported or factory-farmed foods, so since summer 2010, free range eggs have been sourced from local suppliers". Ronell and team have also looked at better power management so that their appliances run efficiently and have reviewed how often they receive deliveries in order to reduce traffic on the road and use less fuel.
