Is CSR listed on any US exchange?

CSR plc is only listed on the London Stock Exchange under the symbol CSR:L. We do not have a sponsored American Depositary Receipt (ADR) programme. In June 2009 we registered an offering of our shares in the United States with the US Securities and Exchange Commission. We do, therefore, make filings with the SEC in accordance with our obligations under applicable US legislation. Filings we have made since June 2009 are available on the SEC website.
